Our Pyralis is an electric oven that was designed and built to offer extremely high levels of performance, efficiency and reliability with low operating costs. It is available in 32 models: mechanical (traditional and special “S”) and digital (traditional and special “S”) for baking 4 to 18 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm. In the mechanical version, the temperature is set by the top and bottom thermostats and is displayed on the mechanical thermometer. The digital version has instead an electronic card that is used to program the start, end of baking and two work settings (continuous/P2 and non-continuous/P1). Both versions have a safety thermostat and independent chambers. Upon request, some models can be produced with single-phase voltage (see price list). We offer many accessories to complete this oven range: stainless steel stands, suction hoods and neutral stainless steel cupboards.
